The service was fantastic, the food was equally as great, and the views were spectacular. Immediately after we were seated our server greeted us by our names and gave us the run through on what to expect from the cruise. He explained the menu, the drinks, as well as what was going to take place that night. He also told us where everything was, how to get to the upper deck, and the best time to go up there. Overall I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. It's a great romantic date and definitely not at a bad price for what you get. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something more than just a regular dinner date night.

If you want a beautiful view of the Chicago skyline you got it! When it comes to the dining and drinks there is a lot left desired. The menu will take you straight back to 1980. Profoundly disappointing food. Comparable to what you would be served at a stay at your local hospital. Hardly any vegetables to be seen on the entire menu. To top it off after you've made it through the lack luster dining experience to enjoy the scenery on the deck, your drink tickets that were pre paid will go to waste because no last call before docking will be called. That skyline though. 100%. Nowhere close to worth the amount paid for this dining experience. You would be better off renting a dingy and packing a picnic.

Im not the biggest fan of boats but this was something I would definitely do again. If your interested in architecture or history this is a great tour to take. Our local guide was funny and resourceful and had every answer to every question we asked. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to kill a hour and half and learn some cool stuff about our city.

It was a nice experience. We had fun. The only thing bothering us was there was no place to sit down and we had to stand for the whole two hours. (If you want to eat you can go and sit in the lower decks and order but we didnt want to eat there so)

Had a great time on the Memorial Day Midnight Booze Cruise! Dance floor area should've been bigger but with the multiple floors it left room. Was disappointed the music couldn't be heard on the top deck where you got the most air from dancing but overall I had a great night out with my friends!

The cruise and boat were good. Great place to watch the fireworks from. I wouldn't go here expecting to get an amazing meal though, so factor that in with you ticket price. Dinner was acceptable, but that's not really good enough for the price. It's basically what you would expect to be served at a middle class wedding.

Entertainment Cruises and all tours, cruises, and exciting trips associated with the company have been spectacular night in and night out whenever I have attended. I have been on multiple cruises and every single one offers a different service or purpose. The most recent Sea Dog Architectural tour I went on was incredible, informative, and extremely fun, and it's also super easy to set up through their great sales and customer service department! Claire Kerwin was the sales woman who had helped me throughout my sign up process, and she made it so seamless and easy to set up while I was on the phone her. Definitely will be returning!

Great staff! The captain (a female whose name slips my mind) was a great driver! Everyone made the experience perfect....and the music selections were fun! Also, great spot to watch the fireworks.

This was super fun! My boyfriend and I took this cruise to celebrate our 9 year anniversary. It was super special and memorable. From the fireworks to the champagne and roses. They went above and beyond to make it a nice and unforgettable time. The whole staff from the DJ to the captain and crew were friendly and welcoming. We had a chance to go on the deck and have nice views of all of Chicago's views and architecture. Loved!

What a wonderful experience! The breeze off the water made it a perfect night to enjoy a August Summer on the Chicago River! Every moment on the boat was great. The customer service of the staff was exceptional. The food was amazing and the view was phenomenal. Definitely something I enjoyed during my trip to Chicago.

This was a Ton of fun. Went with my husband and adult daughters and their boyfriends. Everyone loved it. Lots of turns and fishtails and you will get wet.If you want to really feel the bounces the most sit in the front. If you want to get super wet sit in the back. But you will get wet even in the front. I would suggest wearing two layers of clothes so you can take one off when you get off the boat. It will help keep you warm when you are all wet and speeding fast in the boat. The crew on the boat were fun and knowledgeable and made the trip even better! I highly recommend this on your trip to Chicago.

We went on the Odyssey for me & my fiancs anniversary dinner. From the moment we got our tickets at the booth to the moment we got off the boat, we had a great time. Every employee we came across was so polite & made us feel welcome. The food was amazing. The views are breathtaking. I definitely recommend this boat if you are looking to have a nice time.

We had such a wonderful time on the 4th of July dinner cruise. It was pricey but worth every pennythe experience was unforgettable. The view of the skyline at night and fireworks at Navy Pier was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. The service was wonderful, the food and drinks were great, the boat and amenities were very fun. We would absolutely come back and do this again and recommend it to friends.

I hosted a wedding for my brother and sister-in-law aboard the Spirit of Chicago for about 80 guests on their Fiesta deck in July 2019. We got the whole deck to ourselves complete with a DJ, buffet dinner and bar. The service was absolutely amazing. The staff was so kind and so friendly and was very attentive to my needs to make the night go smoothly. They let me bring aboard whatever items I needed for party favors and for guests to take Polaroid pictures for some memories of the night. The food was DELICIOUS! They had a buffet set up with tons of different options, they even had a vegan and gluten free meal option available upon request. They also displayed desert but I did not get to try any because I was busy with other guests. All in all it was a perfect night and everyone had a blast. There are amazing views of the skyline aboard the boat, such a wonderful experience.

It was my first time.. my husband and I thought it would be a good idea for our Anniversary. I liked it.. the views were phenomenal I just wished there was music on the top floor. We were there most of the trip because of the view but it was way too quiet.

My Husband and I took the Downtown Architecture Chicago tour with the additional speedboat trip over Lake Michigan and it was AWESOME! Great energy from the tour guide and very knowledgeable on the architecture. We wont ever forget the Mistake on the Lake history that was explained and the awesome Channel Lock! Looking forward to visiting again.

The Mystic Blue experience is one we will all remember! Food was amazing- service was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. Lots of good open areas on open decks, to sit, mingle, play shuffleboard, Jenga, Foosball, etc... Just an overall excellent experience!

I purchased a ticket to The Brown Skin Lady show and I was extremely elated and excited to see the manifestation of all the hard work the beautiful event planners put in to this. I can easily say the team for the actual Brown Skin Lady show outdid themselves I had such a wonderful time. HOWEVER, Mystic Blue boarded us extremely late due to last minute communication to the planners about distributing physical tickets and did NOT accommodate for the time that was paid for. During a live performance, they shut off the sound almost causing irreversible damage to the dj's equipment. There was so much turmoil and confusion. Mystic Blue seemed to be in a rare form yesterday. The Lack of compassion was augmented by their lack of communication to both the Brown Skin Lady team and their ticket buyers. Captain David Hernandez needs to do a better job at communicating and offering healthy experiences to ANYONE who spends their hard earned money reserving and or boarding his boat. I am sincerely glad we could help you and your team get a pay check and receive hullabaloo and neglect when you had a chance to be compassionate. I will not be riding with this Captain again, do better.

Great experience. Not only a fun tour around the Bay but a great crew that takes care of the passengers by paying attention to them and asking if there's anything needed. Beautiful views of the Bay that create a very memorable experience. Both fun and picturesque.

Everything was great: the staff, the food/drinks, music, and appearance of the ship. Im not sure what else we could have asked for to make it any better. It was very easy to navigate the website and book a cruise. Great job.
